
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to prepare for a service? Please have vehicle free of personal items before appointment time. Any personal items found by the detailing team will be put in a Ziplock bag and placed in the trunk or passenger seat of the vehicle.
What if my vehicle needs extra attention? Some vehicles need extra love and... that's alright! If you believe your car may not fall into our standard packages (Excessive trash/dirt, dog hair, vomit etc.). Please email or give us a call and we can determine if you need a custom quote.
Do you supply water/power? We primarily utilize the existing water/power at your location. However, we are able to provide this when necessary.
Do you remove spots/stains? The products that we use are selected for their safety on your vehicles specific materials. While most stains can be removed or significantly improved, complete removal cannot always be guaranteed.
How do I pay? Both cash and card are accepted. Payment is received after the service has been completed.
